CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy is by close of business (5pm – MST), 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival. The 72hr cancellation policy does not apply to blackout events. If you are unsure of what period you are coming, please ensure you check with us for proper cancellation dates. There is a $25 + tax processing fee for all cancellations. Early departures are subject to a $100 + tax fee. Please make any changes or cancellations in accordance with your cancellation policy. Should any changes or cancellations occur within your specified cancellation deadline, you will be charged a one night’s stay + taxes. The credit card used for guarantee purposes will be charged a one night deposit at the time your reservation is made.
